Admissions
- Age criteria should be strictly followed. If the child’s age does not match the age criteria of the class you cannot proceed further. Please check the age criteria provided by us for selection of class.
- Registration does not guarantee admission, as it depends on the evaluation process and seat availability.
- The registration form must be filled out completely, and all information provided must be accurate. Management reserves the right to cancel both the child’s entrance and the Registration Form in the case of any difference found later on.
- Fees Paid at the time of admission is not refundable. Except for the Caution Money, which is refundable in the case of a withdrawal.
- The Management reserves the right to the last say, in any matter related to admission.

- The list of selected applications will be posted on the school’s website, nexusinternationalschool.in, as well as the notice board at the admission office.
- The parents of the selected candidates will be informed about the admissions process. To complete various admission processes, the presence of the parents and local/legal guardian is necessary.
- It is required for the students seeking to take admission to Class I and beyond provide their original transfer certificate from the school they attended previously.

- Please check the dates for the admission procedure and follow them strictly.
- Parents/Guardians should upload only the Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/Municipality or the DOB shown in the Passport and Aadhar card. Please do not upload Birth Certificates issued by the Nursing Home/Hospital.
- Please upload the latest Passport sized coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable) on the designated place of the Application Form.
- Take the printouts of the Admit Card on clean white A4 sheet paper.
- The date of assessment /observation/interaction/interview will be mentioned in the Admit Card and to be mailed shortly after submitting the Application Form.
- During assessment/observation/interaction/Interview Admit Card (printout taken by parents) has to be produced.
- There will be an assessment on the intimated date for students seeking admission to Class I onwards. During the evaluation, the presence of both parents will be mandatory.
- For admission to Nursery & LKG, the teacher only observes and interacts with the child and the parents, and both parents must accompany the child.
- For admission to UKG, there will be an observation and interaction for assessment. Both parents must accompany the child.
- No request for any change of dates for assessment/observation/interaction/Interview will be entertained.
